Our Chocolate
We have two beliefs; one is that food should be organic, simple and clean. The second belief is that if you invest in women they will reinvest in their families and communities–this is the heart of our sourcing model and social strategy.
We believe in the power of people and our collective ability to bring a change to broken system. By sourcing directly from our partners in Peru and Dominican Republic, we have created a very innovative social enterprise model that puts our partners on an equal ground to ensure everyone is fairly compensated.
We handcraft all of our bean to bar chocolates, using hand-selected cacao from Peru, Dominican Republic and Uganda. All of our chocolate is organic and fair trade and we don’t use emulsifiers such as soy lecithin in any of our chocolates.

Pure Dark Chocolate
This smooth, creamy 80% dark chocolate brings a unique richness and depth unlike anything you’ve experienced. Dark cherry notes in the beginning give way to blackberry on the finish. How do we make this happen? We conche our chocolate up to 50 hours. This releases the subtle floral notes of the cacao and removes traces of bitterness often characteristic of dark chocolate.
Himalayan
Sea Salt 70%
Bite into this velvety, rich 70% cacao chocolate bar and savor the smooth yet complex flavors of hand-harvested cacao perfectly balanced with the subtle salt crystals that balance and temper the sweet notes of currant and raisins. This bar will quickly become one of the legends in salted chocolate with its creamy finish and rounded sweetness.
Toasted
Coconut 70%
Our rich, complex 70% bean-to-bar chocolate is delicately laced with organic roasted and finely textured coconut to present a twist on a beloved classic. Notes of coconut introduce themselves right away, but increase as you enjoy, mellowing the sweetness of the chocolate. Each bite is a departure from the expected.
Wild Ginger
& Cayenne 70%
Rich, smooth 70% cacao chocolate envelopes a bright, assertive, exciting blend of ginger and cayenne. Ginger plays through from start to finish, while the cayenne adds a zing to the finale. A bean-to-bar chocolate creation that’s created to excite and delight.
Espresso &
Cacao Nibs 70%
We set out to make an unapologetically espresso forward chocolate experience, by refining aromatic Ethiopian coffee beans the same way we do our cacao beans. We take that bold espresso paste and fold it into the refined chocolate. The result is a full-fledged, in your face, chocolate meets espresso love affair that will wake you up.
Burnt Maple
Crunch 45%
A bar that appeals for attention, that slows you down to savor velvety milk chocolate coupled with a sweet and smoky maple crunch. We take select maple syrup, heated slowly to the precise temperature, then cool it down to build the sugar crystals. This is the key process of making the delicious crunch. An unmatched pairing that’s as mouthwatering as it is unexpectedly perfect and playful.
Sea Salt
Almond 45%
This bar is a practice in supreme simplicity. A classic chocolate pairing elevated with obsession of nuance. Whole almonds are diced, then toasted and delicately punctuated with grains of pink Himalayan sea salt. All this set in a sea of pure, smooth Swiss-style milk chocolate. A sublime bar that is both satisfying and sophisticated.
Peppermint Crunch
For this pairing, we use our 65% dark chocolate made from single-origin cacao from the Dominican Republic. We then infused it with pure peppermint oil and added handmade gluten-free, cookie crunch pieces into the bar to provide a crunch reminiscent of those sandwich-style cookies we all know and love. This one will literally make you coming back for more…and more…and more.
