We always use the least amount of ingredients in our chocolate bars. In fact, part of our mission is to provide the minimalist, cleanest bars available. We have also made it our belief to never use any emulsifiers like soy because simply put, chocolate should be simple and delicious. We source only organic, non-GMO ingredients in all of our bars.
