REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it for another item. We stand behind everything we make and want you to have positive experience. If for whatever reason you aren’t satisfied, please follow the steps below to receive your exchanged product.

Please send us an email us at [email protected] and follow the steps below to initiate your return.

STEP 1

In the subject line include your order number.

In the body of the email, please include the following information, we will replace any orders requested within the first 3 months of purchase:

  • Where was your purchased? (i.e., website, online, retailer)
  • Date of purchase
  • First and Last Name
  • Physical address
  • Telephone number

In order to receive a replacement or exchange for another flavor, we would require proof of purchase, i.e., receipt, invoice, scanned photo of proof of purchase as well as an image of the back of the packaging that shows the lot number at the bottom of the product.

Should your order require being shipped back to us by our customer service team, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
