We ship Monday-Wednesday from May through September.
Orders are shipped with ice packs to protect the chocolate and must arrive in 48 hours or less.
Ground shipping is not an option for orders destined beyond a 2 day transit from our factory (see chart below).
Orders of $65 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING (Ground or 2nd Day depending on transit time).
Customers spending less than $65 will be responsible for any necessary expediting costs.
Overnight shipping costs are not free or discounted.

Depending on the weather, we ship Monday through Thursday during Cool Weather Shipping months. We are located in the Pacific Northwest —Bellingham, Washington. It can take anywhere from 1–4 days to ship around the U.S. Ground shipping may take 3–4 days to arrive. If you order totals $50 or more, we will ship your chocolate for FREE via UPS Ground (if it if ships safely without melting).
We do our best to ship orders the same day if received by 8:00 AM Pacific Time. Orders received after 8:00 AM Pacific Time or that overlap with a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day*.
2 Day Shipping does not mean you will receive your shipment two days after placing your order. The day after a package leaves the factory is counted as the first day. This is the same with Ground shipping. For example: If you place your order at 1:00 P.M. on Monday and select FedEx 2nd Day as your shipping option, it will leave the factory on Tuesday, and arrive on Thursday. Overnight shipping arrives the day after it leaves the factory.
We reserve the right to delay shipping if temperatures are too high and will negatively effect the chocolate. This usually means over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We also reserve the right to contact you and ask if you want to upgrade your shipping if we believe that the warm weather will prevent your chocolate from arriving safely. This might mean that you would not be able to receive the shipping special if it is just too hot.
Overnight and 2-Day
Overnight and 2-Day shipments will be sent out the same shipping day if the order is received by 8 am. Otherwise, all other shipments will be sent out the following shipping day. Packages are normally delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery on Saturday is available only to selected locations and requires selection of the “Saturday Delivery” option at an extra charge.
Ground to Business Addresses
Packages are normally delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Ground to Residential Addresses
Packages are normally delivered Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays), and there is no extra charge for Saturday Delivery. FedEx Ground does not deliver to residential addresses on Monday.

* During summer months, we generally avoid allowing your chocolate to sit in transit over weekends and holidays. Therefore, if the shipping option overlaps a weekend or holiday, your order may ship the following week.
